TurboCAD Windows
TurboCAD Windows includes TurboCAD Pro Platinum, TurboCAD Professional, TurboCAD Deluxe, TurboCAD Designer and our various Plugins & Companions. We offer free assistance troubleshooting unexpected software errors or behavior to owners of versions 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019.
TurboCAD Mac
TurboCAD Mac includes TurboCAD Mac Pro, TurboCAD Mac Deluxe, and TurboCAD Mac Designer, also called TurboCAD Pro, TurboCAD Deluxe, and TurboCAD Designer in the Apple Store. Note TurboCAD Africa facilitates support enquiries & troubleshooting unexpected software errors or behavior to owners of version 14, 12, 11, 10 and 9 through IMSI Design.
FloorPlan
FloorPlan includes the following line of Home & Landscape design software: FloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape Pro, FloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape Deluxe and FloorPlan Instant Architect. For these products, we offer assistance troubleshooting unexpected software errors or behavior.
Why Aren't Older Versions Supported?
Because the system requirements for older software are out-of-date, the working environment cannot be duplicated by TurboCAD Africa’s technical support team. In most cases, issues are resolved by upgrading, and you are strongly encouraged to do so if you are an owner of a product that is several years old.
