Refund Policy

Once you purchase one of our software products you will receive a confirmation email as part of the order process, thereafter we will provide you with a serial key as soon as possible for the use of the relevant software. During this time, you will receive regular e-mails to advise you of the progress. Orders are confirmed once payment has been made and no refunds will be given.

A refund will be provided in the instance where you purchased a training course, and the training does not take place because we did not get enough trainees for the training course to proceed on the scheduled training date. In this instance you will be provided the option of joining another training course on a different training date.

TurboCAD Africa is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected email, delays for downloading our software and/or data costs.

Acceptance of this Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy included in our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order for any of our software on www.turbocad.co.za, you will need to tick the checkbox on the checkout page that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
