TurboCAD Windows
TurboCAD Windows includes TurboCAD Pro Platinum, TurboCAD Professional, TurboCAD Deluxe, TurboCAD Designer and our various Plugins & Companions. We offer support and maintenance plans assistance troubleshooting unexpected software errors or bugs to owners of versions 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021.
TurboCAD Mac
TurboCAD Mac includes TurboCAD Mac Pro, TurboCAD Mac Deluxe, and TurboCAD Mac Designer, also called TurboCAD Pro, TurboCAD Deluxe, and TurboCAD Designer. We offer support and maintenance plans for troubleshooting unexpected software errors or bugs to owners of 16,15, 14, 12 and 11 through IMSI Design.
FloorPlan
FloorPlan includes the following line of Home & Landscape design software: FloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape Pro, FloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape Deluxe and FloorPlan Instant Architect. For these products, we offer support and maintenance plans for troubleshooting unexpected software errors or bugs.

Why Aren't Older Versions Supported?
Older software versions often have outdated system requirements, making it challenging for our technical support team to replicate the working environment. In most cases, issues are resolved by upgrading to the latest version. If you own a product that is several years old, we strongly encourage you to upgrade.
