Technical Support for Mac
TurboCAD Mac includes TurboCAD Mac Pro, TurboCAD Mac Deluxe, and TurboCAD Mac Designer, also called TurboCAD Pro, TurboCAD Deluxe, and TurboCAD Designer in the Apple Store. We offer free assistance troubleshooting unexpected software errors or behavior to owners of version 12, 11, 10, 9 or 8.
Big Sur Compatibility – TurboCAD v12 Mac has now been updated to be fully Big Sur Compatible. If you are a current Version 12 owner, please contact IMSI Design at support@imsidesgin.com to receive a download link to install the Big Sur-compatible version. Please note, that prior versions of TurboCAD Mac (v11 and earlier) will not install or run properly on the Big Sur operating system

If you are still having trouble, and have confirmed that your computer meets the minimum system requirements, you can also email info@turbocad.co.za with your product name, version, and any other information that might help IMSI Design’s support staff diagnose the problem, and we will respond during business hours. Note even though TurboCAD Africa does not offer support on TurboCAD Mac products, we do facilitate support & troubleshooting for our clients through IMSI Design’s support team.
